This is a story about an international couple raising and home educating three young boys on a small island in Japan, half living in buses, engaged in organic, self-sufficient farming in the middle of a mountain forest while dealing with climate, cultural, and personal challenges. These pages are about pretty much anything and everything all guided by our family motto, Taking Chances, Making Changes, Being Happy. Thank you very much for joining us on our ongoing crazy adventure.

This week Shai picked and put new radishes in his garden. FARM FRIEND. Went out for another morning run with Shai and met our farm friend again. This time she gave us a lot of bok choy. Thank you again. Getting ready to watch eclipse in farm. Getting ready to leave to watch a cool annular eclipse. ANNULAR ECLIPSE WAS REALLY COOL Although the day began cloudy, we were able to see the entire eclipse with only some cloudiness. Was not as spectacular as in China and America since the sun was fairly high in the sky. Was very cool nonetheless.
