This is a story about an international couple raising and home educating three young boys in Japan, while dealing with climate, cultural, and personal challenges. These pages are about pretty much anything and everything all guided by our family motto, Taking Chances, Making Changes, Being Happy. Thank you very much for joining us on our ongoing adventure.

- Halloween Party. We decided to celebrate yet another holiday which goes basically unnoticed in Japan. Although the local superstore, Seiyu (Walmart), sold a considerable amount of Halloween goods and paraphernalia, this holiday should really be renamed Holloween in Japan due to lack of interest. Either way it was a fun party and a good way to hang out with the students and a good excuse to get drunk with the neighbors.
