TYPHOON IS COMING AGAIN.
Waiting for another typhoon, the third to come to Nara, Japan this year.
Prepared everything outside. Tomorrow going to sit back, relax, and enjoy the
show.

Spent the last couple weeks working on another fucking piece of shit property.
Even was working on it a week before the actual purchase. Front yard is looking
pretty good. You really need to visit now.

HOME IMPROVEMENT DEJA VU.
Yup doing it again. This is the front yard of the newly purchased adjacent
property after a couple weeks of landscaping. Planning to turn this place into a
bed and breakfast, and coffee shop. Beginning to work on the interior of the
house next week. Should take at least a couple months to complete.

REALLY WIPED OUT.
During the last couple days made 6 trips to Konan, the local building supply
store. Bought 350 kilograms of rocks, 350 kg of sand, and 800 kg of designer
rocks. This amounts to over 3300 lbs of building materials. Transported
everything in a little car. Crazy.

TYPHOON HAS MOVED ON OUT.
Received tons of rain, lots of wind, no damage. Thank goodness for changing the
drainage and adding rocks to the yards of both properties ahead of the storm.
Meteorologically back to normal tomorrow.
September 24, 2011 - BEGINNING OF FALL, PURCHASED
ANOTHER HOUSE, WTF BBQ PARTY
WOO HOO another party. Yeah Summer is almost over but WTF, can still do BBQ.
Planning to BBQ from the afternoon to the evening, weather permitting, for those
of you who missed the last party. Many of you now know I purchased the adjacent
property this month. If we get enough people, going to extend the party to both
yards. Bring your family, friends, significant others. Should be the craziest
party of the year.
Date: September 24, 2011
Time: 1pm until next morning as usual
Location: Ando Town close to Yamato Koizumi Station
Map: From the train station to my house.
It is best to go directly to route 108 and then follow the river. Then you will
enter the local farms before you get to the high school. Go straight and then
thru the really small train crossing (no kidding, only for really small cars).
Pretty easy to find if you print out the map.
Required: You guys know the routine already….bring lots of food.
Optional: Bring food for the BBQ for only you and your friends if you want to
eat barbecued food. NO PORK (PIG) PLEASE – grease almost burned down the wall in
the yard a couple parties ago….besides the stuff is not Kosher.
Optional: Bring alcohol for you and your friends if you want to drink.
Note: There is plenty of parking on the property next to my house. For those of
you driving and planning to drink, you are welcome to spend the night.
