DO NOT MOVE TO JAPAN….if you like loquats.
Yup been taking a lot of food pictures recently but needed to take this picture
in the store. Way too expensive to purchase. Can you believe this? Actually
costs 697 yen for 6 freaking loquats. Already put in about 16 loquat trees in
the yard for privacy not to mention the fruit is really good. Putting in a few
loquat trees adds a tropical look to any garden.

Hanami Canceled Due To Bronchitis.
Yup now paying for going out and working on the house while sick the last few
days. Going to actually cancel a trip up to the mountains for hanami tomorrow.
At least we went to a different place for hanami a couple days before. Gonna do
something different and take it easy next few days.
DECK IS FINISHED NOW.
Put a few coats of stain on the deck today and finished now. A few more projects
to work on and then can relax for the Summer in Japan.
Tonight we ate this for dinner as a side dish. Really delicious and a seasonal
crop in Japan. Wanna see if any of you know this.

Message - Larry. Hi. I wanted to send this
awhile before but been really sick for a few weeks now. It began end of last
month with bronchitis. Usually take this stuff in Japan and it goes away pretty
soon but this time it is not the case. Then a week before got what seemed like
food poisoning from eating a kind of unusual food. Now over this and back to
bronchitis again. Anyway your hat and a small present for you is waiting at the
house. You can go ahead and contact roommate Chris anytime at this address.

Antibiotics will clear up bronchitis in a few days. otherwise it may feel like
it's getting better but is sometimes simply lying dormant . Hope you're healthy
soon. Have to take Thai to school .... will get back to you. Say hi to your wife

Amanohashidate Kyoto Japan.
We once again went to Amanohashidate Kyoto Japan. This is one of the three most
famous view spots in Japan. This was a really nice weekend of eating, drinking,
hot springs, karaoke, seaweed, shell, and rock collecting, not to mention
relaxing at a luxury hotel. With house projects pretty much finished this was a
good beginning for enjoying Japan this year again.
