Hey, I really wanna thank you for the compliments on the sites. Yup, they took a
long time and yes this is all my work with a lot of technical assistance from
Akiko, kashikoi. We do get money from the Google ads on all the sites which
covers the expenses. Planning to really monetize the sites in the future. For
now, lots of fun adding content and communicating with people all over the
world.
For fun, hmmmm, we both like eating and drinking for sure. Akiko likes classical
music and reading and is actually pretty quiet. As for me, really like the
outdoors, hiking, mountain bike riding, those sorts of things. I really like
talking, um and listening, honto ni urusai desu.
Anyway, yeah, get together for sure. We like to make new friends. You can come
to the remodeling mess for dinner. Gonna take awhile to finish everything but
you can come over anyway.

This email serves as notification of observed health and safety hazards at the
Brentwood Condominiums. I want you to note, and take action ASAP to remedy the
following:
Hazard #1
The parking lot of the Brentwood condominiums was recently resurfaced with an
asphalt coating. Parking space 191 was only partially resurfaced. A close
inspection revealed the absence of new asphalt coating on the surfaces adjacent
to the walls of the carport. In addition, the grade is improperly installed and
now there is standing water in the parking space resulting in a safety hazard
due to the possibility of slipping and falling.

Solution: Replace the grade and asphalt surface of parking space 191.
Hazard #2
The concrete walkway leading up to the end units of building 6840 Hyde Park
Drive is cracked and the crack has become noticeably wider in recent months. As
the rainy season approaches, this crack will fill with rain runoff and continue
to widen. This constitutes a safety hazard due to the possibility of stumbling
over the cracked concrete.

Solution: Replace the cracked section of the concrete walkway leading up to the
end units of building 6840 Hyde Park Drive.
Health and Safety Hazard #3
The noise on Navajo Road has increased substantially over the last few months. I
am now in the preliminary stages of taking legal action against the City of San
Diego to get the speed limit reduced from 50 miles per hour to 35 miles per
hour. We can no longer leave our windows open, even on hot days because of the
noise. Even with the windows closed, we are unable to listen continuously to
music or television. We are also unable to sleep in the morning. The landscaping
recently installed on the Navajo Road side of the Brentwood Condominiums is
UNACCEPTABLE. The homeowners association will need to reinstall new landscaping
which has been proven to reduce street noise. The noise is now so awful, several
elderly residents stated they need to stay outside in the recreation area
because the morning and afternoon traffic noise is unbearable.

Solution #1: Reinstall new landscaping which is thick and tall enough and has
been proven to reduce street noise. In addition, the homeowners association to
install new sound-proofing windows in my unit at the expense of the homeowners
association.
I fully expect these issues to be looked into and remedied immediately. I
absolutely DO NOT want these issues to go through endless discussion and debate
before being resolved. These are Health and Safety issues and potential
liability for the homeowners association.
I plan to use my popular San Diego California Events website and my media
connections in the community to bring attention to the unacceptable noise
situation on Navajo Road. I am expecting an immediate reply from you concerning
these issues.

Hi. I was waiting to see which of my sites would be good at the end of last
month. My English site is way outperforming the SD site. Akiko and I now are
considering using the popularity of the site and opening English schools in
Japan and possibly other countries. If this happens, we will be permanently out
of San Diego, yippee. Quite honestly, neither one of us like the people in this
city. The women are stupid and the men cannot form an opinion about anything.
People are more interested in being loud, wearing nice clothes, and who you
know. There is no sophistication in this city and no value for intelligence.
Anyway, time to move one. Recently in contact with friends from New York and
very refreshing to get straight answers about everything. Anyway, enough
already. We are both ready and happy to leave. In addition, we DO NOT want to
raise kids in a beach community with only one season, summer. It is too easy and
the kids in this city do not know about hardships and do not learn to work. We
are next to the high school and the kids are awful now. They look terrible and
their language is even worse, using F—K for every other word when they speak. We
want to raise kids in a more educated environment. Anyway, our thinking now.

not ever disagree about anything but recently the thought of mortgage payments
is kind of getting to Akiko and we argued the last couple nights. I plan to hold
off looking for houses until she fully understands everything involved in
purchasing a house. Pretty much Japanese thinking but they are generally not
good about debt anytime. It would be nice to get together socially when you can

Hi. I listened to your message and was happy and impressed you would call and
say what you said. I really know you are a good agent and thought of you as a
good friend as well. Until, recently we were running up against a lot of walls
relating to real estate, and our online business, enough in fact, to possibly
push us to moving back to Japan. Akiko is good with either SD or Japan. It is my
goal to run a successful online business which can be worked on from anywhere in
the world. Probably saw too many of those credit card commercials with the guy
on the beach with a laptop doing business. lol.
Now my English site continues to way outperform my SD site and I know with a
little more work, could probably do very well with that site. We really want to
at least try and stay in San Diego though. A house would obviously keep us in
this city.
Try to understand why I am being tough on you now. I tend to be pretty
conservative when it comes to business. I really value reliability and follow
through. Anytime it was this way in my appraisal business. Seen many changes
over the years. Even friends I grew up with changed a lot when they moved to SD
and often did not even show up for meetings and no phone call. Makes it
difficult to do business. No doubt you run into this a lot with your clients.
Anyway, I would like to begin again with you. Any good relationship deserves
another chance, and again, I think you are a good agent and would definitely be
a good friend. Put the last few weeks in the past and get moving on these
houses. You can put us back on the list if you want. If not we are looking all
over the Internet anyway. Up to you.

Hi. I actually took us off your list for a few reasons.
Even though it seemed to you like we would not be pre-qualified, you should at
least keep in touch with an email or a courtesy call. This is good business in
any industry. Not being good clients now does not mean we will not become good
clients down the road.
Your mortgage company is the same. No information, no updates for over two weeks
now.
You were supposed to advertise on my SD site, which you forgot about.
My name continued to be misspelled on your updates.
I spend many years in SD but still cannot get used to this level of service and
lack of follow through.
Incidentally, I talked to my contact over at Washington Mutual. Although they
were not able do anything, the loan representative spent 45 minutes on the phone
with me explaining the industry and referring us to another person. The new
contact, at Countrywide, pre-qualified us within a few hours using a stated
income loan. My credit score is over 810 going way back and this was good enough
for them.
You and your mortgage guys need to your homework a bit more and learn about
customer service. There were other options for us. You are welcome to put me
back on your list and begin again if you want and do things more our way this
time. Up to you. Talk again.

Hi. I know and really I like to do fun things too but we are really on the
border of getting the house. If we spend money now and keep reducing the money
in our bank account, there is a good chance we cannot get approved when we
actually go to purchase a house. In addition, the loan we are trying to get
approved for could go away anytime. The lending industry is changing on a daily
basis. If this house thing does not work out then I need to leave for Japan next

Hi. I want to apologize for all the confusion about the party this weekend.
Akiko and I continue to go through a tough time about purchasing the house. Not
sure if she told you but we were pre-qualified for a loan. The problem is Akiko
and I think much differently about the situation and about money. Neither one of
us is wrong, just different. I spent many years in real estate and know the
difficulty involved with going back to mortgage payments again. It looks like
though we are not going to do this now. Too many arguments.
Anyway, Akiko is changing her mind every day about the party and not sure if we
are going or not. Your company has way too much social obligation instead of
focusing on business. No wonder the company is not doing well and everyone is
taking night classes and looking for other jobs. This is especially difficult
for Akiko who is wants to focus on work anytime. Because she is Japanese, she
feels obligated to attend all this word stuff. It is making her crazy. The
managers in your company should freaking work and quit focusing on pot-lucks and
parties.
Anyway, If we go to the party, you are welcome to ride with us. If not, then as
always, you are welcome to come for dinner. This is a difficult time for Akiko
and she would like you to come over and listen to her complain about me for

Hi. I needed to know the time because Akiko does not drive and I need to take
her and pick her up from work every day. I would need to go straight to the
dinner after picking her up from work and could only make it if she could join
too. It sounds like the seating is pretty limited though. Maybe in exchange for
the two seats, I could give you a lot of extra promotion on the site for the
entire week of the event. We often exchange advertising in this way, especially
with groups like Broadway San Diego who gives us tickets to the shows in

Hi. I messed up my back last week and difficult to get to the phone. Need to

Small point but you spelled my name wrong in a previous email and now the house
updates are being sent to Haymond instead of Hayman. After being in business for
many years, kind of picky about those kinds of details. Please correct this when
you can.
Incidentally, getting house updates from another agent but the email does not
contain the error message like yours. Might want to look into correcting this.
The house updates from the other agent are from the same company.
Akiko and I continue to spend a lot of time looking for houses. Although, we
found many new, acceptable properties, we are a bit frustrated over the
prequalification situation. It amazes us that people were, and are, getting into
houses with no credit and no money down but we cannot even get prequalified with
two incomes, good credit, and a paid off condominium. Something wrong with this
picture. Anyway, you work with these guys and can find out the situation
directly from them.
You might want to consider getting an ad on the new Area Focus section of my SD

Hi. I received a parking ticket on 8/9/08 on Niagara Avenue, San Diego.
I am requesting this parking ticket be dismissed on the following grounds. The
signs posted on Niagara Avenue are very confusing. I knew about the signs but
believed it was not a parking violation to park where I parked. The two signs
are posted ahead of where I parked and before the Ocean Beach Fishing pier,
which was my destination. The two signs are very close together and appear to be
in conjunction with each other. This made it seem that parking is not allowed
only between the first parking sign and the end parking sign. Please see the

I am 48 years old and this is the first parking ticket ever received. I pride
myself on following and obeying the traffic rules and regulations. Please
dismiss this ticket as the signs were very confusing and I believed there was no

I am a retired real estate appraiser and very familiar with the local market. We
are looking for real fixers which are structurally sound but require a lot of

Hi. It is totally a two way road, in fact an eight lane highway. Really I think
about you all the time. I am home working anytime. Because of your work, school,
and where you reside, meeting needs to be totally your decision. I cannot simply
visit you or make any plans without checking with you.
I went through a lot because of you and you went through a lot in general
because of many things. That was the reason for not seeing you for such a long
time. Anytime was hoping that eventually when, not if, you and I were to meet
again, then we could be the closest of family. This is not the case.
You are very involved with your friends, girlfriend, and other things and it
seems you cannot make time to come up or even find time to send email. You spend
plenty of time on MySpace adding pictures and changing your profile but no time
to come up. You became very Californian and your word does not mean anything as
you are really unreliable. You did not learn these things from me for sure.
I am doing everything possible to make things easy on you, including excepting
the fact you are lesbian, different religion, and many other things. Yes it
bothers me a lot. Accepting does not mean liking. Every parent wants to see
their kids grow up and get married and make a nice family with nice kids. This
will not happen now because of your choices. I try to be supportive but it
becomes more difficult to except anything when you push aside the one person who
tries to be on your side anytime.
Because of the situation with you and career matters, Akiko and I now consider
moving to Japan permanently. In fact, we are already looking at houses. You
really had your chance this summer and even though you could come up, you do

Hi. I really cannot believe all the things going on for you now. Hopefully

Yup, the chicken pox really sucked. Pretty much you cannot even tell now though.
I went fishing with Akiko both days this last weekend. The bonito are finally
running. We caught a lot of other fish and a friend of ours caught a huge bonito
and gave it to us. We barbecued it but could only finish half. It took two
nights to finish everything. Was really nice out there. I occasionally do some
writing while fishing. Good time to think of new content for the English site.
Anyway kind of a funny story. The folks next to us caught this really nice
bonito. Everyone was checking it out. We turned our heads for a few seconds to
look and during that time something pretty huge bit on one of my cheap poles.
The pole was sitting on a chair and soon lifted up and flew into the ocean.
Although we tried to catch the pole, it quickly moved away, as the fish on the
end of the line pulled it off into the distance. We finally gave up trying to
retrieve it and went on with fishing again. About 10 minutes later this old guy
in the group next to us begins pulling something in. It was my fishing pole with
the fish still attached. The fish ended up falling off though. The guy wanted a
coke for retrieving my pole. I gave him a buck. Everyone was laughing. The whole
situation was pretty funny.
Try to go fishing before the end of next month if you can. August is
traditionally really good. Send email when you can.

Hi. Recently Akiko and I spent a lot of time talking about Buffalo and my time
growing up. Completely different than what she experienced in Japan. Told her
about Sandy and that all of us used to go bowling together. I was really sad
about the news. Kim was only 46 and has two kids. Sandy has her 30 year high
school reunion this weekend and this hit her pretty hard for sure. Yup, we are
all getting old and the time seems to go faster these days.
Anyway, spending a lot of time cleaning up my Internet sites and getting ready
to go all out marketing and monetizing the sites finally after all this time.
Should be fun to make an actual business again. Added many new pages and over
500 images to the new Drive America section on the English site. Need to go back
through and edit. Every day is pretty relaxing though. Usually work out on the
patio, pick up Akiko and then we eat a long dinner pretty much every night.
Doing a lot more fishing these days. You guys should join us. Really fun and
beautiful out there.
Oh yeah, forgot to tell you. I had the freaking chicken pox. Can you believe it?
At this age. Was running almost 104 temperature and could barely move. It
totally sucked. After three weeks, finally getting back to normal.
Anyway. try not to be too busy. You should take some time and relax. Meet us
sometime. Pretty much any day and time is good for us. Send email when you can.

Anyway, these days I am in contact with Sandy again. Yup, pretty incredible.
Been telling Akiko many stories about Buffalo and the old days. Anyway, nice to
be in contact with Sandy again. We send each other email almost every day.
Tonight I received email from her with some news you might want to know about.
Do you remember her friend Kim? She was fighting with cancer for awhile and died

This is not a money thing but considering the push your group put on to get the
videos as quickly as possible, it would seem only reasonable the prize money

Hi. I believe you are the person who handles The Brentwood condominiums. I
wanted to ask a couple questions about the resurfacing of the parking lot to
take place beginning next week.
If you look at the map, the resurfacing on the 24th leaves no way for us to get
out of the project and it seems we are not allowed to walk on the new surface
for awhile. My wife Akiko leaves for work early in the morning and we want to
know about what time we can walk on the new surface in the afternoon.
Also when they repaint the lines, it might be a good idea for them to border the
visitor spots with yellow paint and use yellow lettering for the word visitor. A
lot of confusion before and this would probably get rid of many of the parking
problems.

Hi. We use many Google products including Adsense. We are experiencing some
Google gadget related problems which is something Google really should know
about. We looked everywhere for a way to contact Google about these issues but
there was no contact information for this product. PLEASE provide a support

Recently my wife Akiko and I began going a bit Google Gadget crazy. We really
like this product. There does seem to be some inconsistencies in the search
though. We made many gadgets already for our sites and they show up in search,
we link to them, and then sometimes they disappear. Consider the following
