Hi. I am doing reallly good. Akiko and I went to our third Broadway show last
night for free of course. Because we get press tickets, we are in the orchestra
section. Last time we were almost sitting on the stage. We also get invited to
the after parties and get to meet the actors and actresses. Good food and really
cool.
Anyway, we are now looking at houses to purchase. This is an incredible time for
real estate and unbelievable prices out there. This is a good time to put my
almost 20 years of real estate knowledge to work. Akiko is extremely impressed
to see the way I am in business. She sends email every day from work asking
about real estate. She is totally getting into it and I am happy to be teaching
someone about this.
The sites are doing better and better and soon we are going to do home stay bed
and breakfast for international students. We are also planning to make many
cooking videos together beginning this month. I built a sound board for the
bedroom to keep the outside noise out for taping English videos.
We are fishing a lot these days. The season was really slow to begin and now is
our chance to catch stuff. Anyway, this is the situation now. Send email when

Hi. I want to thank you for your email. My wife, Akiko and I would be interested
in seeing the Santee house. I should probably give you a bit of information
about my background and our motivations for purchasing a property.
I am a retired real estate appraiser and very familiar with the local market. We
are looking for real fixers which are structurally sound but require a lot of
cosmetic repairs which would be reflected in the selling price. We plan to keep
each property as our personal residence and sell the property after two years
and take advantage of the capital gains exclusion which I believe is now 500,000
for couples.
I am online pretty much the entire day during working hours as I own three

opposed to phone contact.

information but said she needed to speak with the listing agent. I thought it

event she called back today and wanted to meet to show the property. I explained

We feel it is better to meet with the first person we talked with about the
property and should meet with her this time.

Hi. I received a parking ticket on 8/9/08 on Niagara Avenue, San Diego.
I am requesting this parking ticket be dismissed on the following grounds. The
signs posted on Niagara Avenue are very confusing. I knew about the signs but
believed it was not a parking violation to park where I parked. The two signs
are posted ahead of where I parked and before the Ocean Beach Fishing pier,
which was my destination. The two signs are very close together and appear to be
in conjunction with each other. This made it seem that parking is not allowed
only between the first parking sign and the end parking sign. Please see the
pictures attached with this email.
I am 48 years old and this is the first parking ticket ever received. I pride
myself on following and obeying the traffic rules and regulations. Please
dismiss this ticket as the signs were very confusing and I believed there was no
violation parking where I parked. Thank you for your consideration in this

Small point but you spelled my name wrong in a previous email and now the house
updates are being sent to Haymond instead of Hayman. After being in business for
many years, kind of picky about those kinds of details. Please correct this when
you can.
Incidentally, getting house updates from another agent but the email does not
contain the error message like yours. Might want to look into correcting this.
The house updates from the other agent are from the same company.
Akiko and I continue to spend a lot of time looking for houses. Although, we
found many new, acceptable properties, we are a bit frustrated over the
prequalification situation. It amazes us that people were, and are, getting into
houses with no credit and no money down but we cannot even get prequalified with
two incomes, good credit, and a paid off condominium. Something wrong with this
picture. Anyway, you work with these guys and can find out the situation
directly from them.

When can we hang out?
You never responded to the last email I sent you about when you wanted to hang
out again. Sometimes I feel like you don't even want to see me because I don't
get emails from you wanting to just hang out. It seems like I only get emails
when it has something to do with your business. I love you and I want to see
you, but it just doesn't feel like a two-way road. ******** Valerie.
Hi. It is totally a two way road, in fact an eight lane highway. Really I think
about you all the time. I am home working anytime. Because of your work, school,
and where you reside, meeting needs to be totally your decision. I cannot simply
visit you or make any plans without checking with you.
I went through a lot because of you and you went through a lot in general
because of many things. That was the reason for not seeing you for such a long
time. Anytime was hoping that eventually when, not if, you and I were to meet
again, then we could be the closest of family. This is not the case.
You are very involved with your friends, girlfriend, and other things and it
seems you cannot make time to come up or even find time to send email. You spend
plenty of time on MySpace adding pictures and changing your profile but no time
to come up. You became very Californian and your word does not mean anything as
you are really unreliable. You did not learn these things from me for sure.
I am doing everything possible to make things easy on you, including excepting
the fact you are lesbian, different religion, and many other things. Yes it
bothers me a lot. Accepting does not mean liking. Every parent wants to see
their kids grow up and get married and make a nice family with nice kids. This
will not happen now because of your choices. I try to be supportive but it
becomes more difficult to except anything when you push aside the one person who
tries to be on your side anytime.
Because of the situation with you and career matters, Akiko and I now consider
moving to Japan permanently. In fact, we are already looking at houses. You
really had your chance this summer and even though you could come up, you do
not. Really not interested in any excuses anymore. Your chance is running out.
You will be my daughter always, this will not change. The kind of relationship
you want with me is up to you. I am not going to push you anymore. You think
