1, 2017 - We are in the process of selling our home in San Diego
and purchasing a property in Julian,
California, a small town up in the mountains of San Diego County.

We considered moving back to my home town of Buffalo....really cheap housing
prices....but the climate and stringent home education regulations cancelled
those plans. Then we shifted our attention to Northern California until we
learned it is like the meth capital of America. For those of you who know me
definitely know I am very much against drug use....maybe with the exception of
marijuana, never smoked the stuff but difficult to argue against it since I am
an avid wine drinker, also a drug of sorts. Anyway will update more soon about
the buying and selling but suffice to say it sucks for sure. A bazillion forms
to fill out and tons of email. Was not like this back in the day. Crazy doing
this all from Japan but we are at least halfway through the process now. Wish us
luck on the sale and purchase.

documents out, sign and date. It shouldn’t take that long. I can go through them

A couple of questions on the papers to be notarized though. Actually on both the
notary papers, the location says STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF blah blah blah
blah. Want to know the way the notary is gonna deal with this. And then there is
a space on the affidavit form which states That the value of all real and
personal property blah blah blah blah. Really not sure what value to enter
there. Um and which date to enter on the form. Please advise. is a space on the

when you can? He is leaving around noon on Monday our time and I would like to
