A get together with our friends. The dude with the nice tan is the life guard at
the beach close to the house. And his wife is sitting next to him. Was a really
nice night.

We are hanging out with friends at the music festival. Really love this place.
We are now at the full moon music party at the beach.
MANGETSU NO UTAGE.
The annual full moon music festival at Maenohama Beach is today. We are heading
out there this afternoon and plan to stay the night at the beach. JAXA is also
launching a rocket in the middle of the night. Bringing a ton of food and beer
and wine. See you all there.

Tanegashima Rocks. We went to a FREE music festival at the beach last weekend.
We slept in the truck for a couple hours and watched a night rocket launch from
the same beach. Then slept a couple more hours and drove to our favorite beach
and watched this beautiful sunrise while eating breakfast. This is the best
place in the world.

TYPHOON COMING. A strong typhoon is going to directly hit our island this
weekend. Spent this week securing over a hundred fruit trees on our property and
harvesting the summer goodies from the farms.
Recent harvest of delicious sweet potatoes and popcorn and basil ahead of the
approaching typhoon. The potatoes on the right are ready to be cut and dried and
put into the farm. |
