To Akiko for R.E. agent. When this property went on the market. Does everything
work in the house. Does the house have sewer or septic. Is there a basement. Is
there an old car in the yard and can it be removed. Is there announcements. We
are now on Tanegashima. We want to move to a cold climate. We were looking for
properties in the $10,000 range as a first house to move. Then we would look for
a different house after arriving in Hokkaido. We thought this is better and
cheaper than traveling many times to Hokkaiko to look at houses. $30,000 is more
than we were hoping to pay for the first house. We would like to know what is
the lowest the owner would accept for this house. Do you think the house would
be okay if vacant for a year including the plumbing. If no can the agent deal
