THE
DECADE 1910 - 1919
The World was rapidly changing; some of the events in this
decade were: the Titanic sunk; Charlie Chaplin appeared in
his first movie; WWI began; the Panama Canal opened;
millions of immigrants left southern and eastern Europe; the
Russian Revolution; the League of Nations was established;
Hitler formed the Nazi Party; and our family's roots spread.
The following genealogical information was obtained from the book given to
attendees at the Rose Family Club 50th Anniversary Gala, which was held on
September 3, 1995 in Toronto, Canada. This is an ongoing project for me and I am
hoping to connect with as many family members as possible to make the Rose
genealogical timeline even more complete. Please feel free to contact me at the following: |

I am looking forward to talking with all of you. Until then.
